Smokey Brown Lamb Chops

8 ea  Lamb Chops

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Sienna Smokey Brown

1. Season cleaned lamb Chops with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a sauté pan on medium heat. Sauté each side of the chops for 3 to 4 min.
3. Once lamb chops are cooked to desired temperature, add the Smokey Brown sauce to the pan, allow sauce to reduce for 30 seconds then toss to coat the lamb chops.
4. Plate the chops and Garnish with cilantro.
