DAMAGE:

We will be happy to replace any orders received damaged, (broken) PLEASE SUBMIT PHOTO OF DAMAGE BOTTLE WITHIN 48 HOURS.

Also, please make sure you are providing the correct shipping address! It is out of our hands once we have shipped your package with the address you provided. We will not be issuing refunds or reshipping sauce if the address provided isn't correct the first time!

SHIPPING:

We use FedEx for shipping. Items ship out 1-2 days after order is received and takes up to 2-3 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the current pandemic, holidays, and or bad weather.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and will be sent via email once the shipping label is created.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Sienna Sauce is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact FEDEX directly at 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339).
